Where are the products made?

Our products are developed in Switzerland and manufactured in Asia.

Do the products already contain a powerbank to be able to use functions such as the USB charging port?

No, the bags and backpacks are not sold or supplied with a powerbank.

The built-in functions are not powered despite my powerbank, what can I do?

Some powerbanks may enter hibernation mode if they remain inactive for an extended period, leading to an inability to power up our products. If you discover that your device won’t turn on, please disconnect the powerbank once more.

Can I also use the built-in SDD Finder with an Android operating system?

Unfortunately, this is not possible at the moment. Our Finder currently only works with the Apple Find My app on an iOS device.

Can the bags or backpacks be washed in the washing machine?

Our bags and backpacks can only be washed by hand, as care must be taken with the USB cable.
