Our products are developed in Switzerland and manufactured in Asia.

No, the bags and backpacks are not sold or supplied with a powerbank.

Some powerbanks may enter hibernation mode if they remain inactive for an extended period, leading to an inability to power up our products. If you discover that your device won’t turn on, please disconnect the powerbank once more.

Unfortunately, this is not possible at the moment. Our Finder currently only works with the Apple Find My app on an iOS device.

Our bags and backpacks can only be washed by hand, as care must be taken with the USB cable.
