Should I download any App when using this luggage?
Yes, you need to download “R-Guardian” by:
1. Search the App store for Swissdigital Design software partner
2. Download the App from the following App store
*The APP works with iOS and Andriod devices that support BLE 4.0 or above(Bluetooth Low Energy)!

Q.How to enter App ?
R. 1.You are suggest to sign up through Facebook, Email or WeChat.
3. Enable Bluetooth on your smartphone and give permission on “notification” and “location” as per request from the App.
4. Then, you have signed up and got the App ready to connect with your intelligent luggage.

Q.How to connect your intelligent luggage with the App ?
1. Find the power button right next to the removable power bank, and then press it for 2 seconds, you will hear beeping sound once.
Note: make sure the removable power bank is fully charged before you connect it(the removable power bank can be fully charged in 3 hours)
2. The phone turns on Bluetooth, clicks “New device” on the App interface to connect the device.
3. When your luggage is connected with your smartphone, you’ll see the screen as below.
Tip
1. Please check whether your smart phone has got mobile data activated and Bluetooth turned on before connecting with our intelligent device built into SDD luggage.
2. Please make sure the removable power source has got sufficient power capacity before you start your journey with SDD intelligent luggage.
3 Please check the validity of embedded loT SIM card through our APP and subscribe the new package there if necessary.
4. The history of positioning will be cleared up once the connection between the intelligent device and your smartphone is removed.
5. No active positioning will be recorded and shown on our APP as long as the intelligent device and your smartphone are connected.

How to use GPRS system ?
Warning alert on smartphone and the device built inside your luggage will be on when disconnection happens.
You can track your luggage after disconnection happens, just press “ locate” on the main interface of the APP, then into the map page to see the current location of your luggage.

How to use the Digital scale ?
. Press the ON/OFF button to turn on the display. The display should be clear and bright. (If the display is dim, replace the LR44 type battery )
. Press the UNIT button to change to metric or imperial units(kg or lb)
. Lift and hold the suitcase horizontally for at least 2 seconds. The display will show the total weight.
( Take off the white foam protection before use the weight scaling handle. )
The range of measurement is 5.0 kg to 30.0kg (or 11lb to 66 lb)
. Press the ON/OFF button briefly to reset the data, then press and hold the button for 2 seconds to turn off the display.

Accuracy Tolerance
Under 15 kg, 0.5 kg; above 15 kg, +3%-4%.
1.This product has been designed for easy use and accurate measurement of suitcase weight.
2.Lift the suitcase gently and hold horizontally when weighing.
3.Do not press the ON/OFF button repeatedly while weighing is in progress, as this will cause errors.
4. To ensure accuracy and a correct weight reading.
keep the suitcase horizontal while weighing.
5. The maximum weight capacity is 30 kg (66lb).
6. Remove the battery if you do not use this product for a long period of time.
7.Keep this product in a dry, cool, and clean place,avoiding direct sunlight and moisture.
8.Clean this product with a dry duster. Do not use gasoline or any organic solvents.
9. This product is NOT waterproof. Keep it dry.
