• Does the bag contain the power bank ?

  The bag doesn’t contain the power bank.

• Is the USB Charging system Type C ?

  The USB Charging system is for Type A.

• How many cables does the bag have ?

  It has a white cable to connect Massage Function,a black cable to connect your power bank to charge your device. But it doesn’t include any charging cables for your mobile.

• What size of laptop can this bag fix ?

  15.6″ Laptop Pocket.

• What's the weight of this bag ?

  The bag is very light, it’s about 1.98 Pounds.

• What is RFID ?

  It can protect your information from being theft, for example, the credit card information, the ID card, the passport information and so on.

• What's the size of this bag ?

  About 16.25 inch height.

• What is Apple Find My jewel ?

  It’s the pre installed Jewel, which is to fix your SDD Finding system(SDD Finder Kit) in this backpack

• What is SDD Finder Kit ?

  SDD Finder Kit is the SDD Finding system, which works with Apple Find My network.

  By purchasing optional Swissdigital Design Finder Kit, integrating the Finder Kit and built-in Apple Find My jewel, helps to locate your bag via Apple Find My network in an easy and secure way. The optional Finder Kit plays a maximum sound of 130dB if it’s nearby and features a blue flashing light.

• How to fix the SDD Finder Kit on the bag ?

  2. Open the pocket to find the jewel

  3. Use the complimentary tool kit to screw the Finder to bag.

• How to pair the SDD Finder ?

  1. HOW TO PAIR

  Requires: iOS or iPadOS with the latest software

  1.01  Place the bag/luggage next to your iPhone、iPad、iPod touch or macOS. (Fig: 1)

  1.02  Turn on Bluetooth on your device .

  1.03  Find the zipper behind the logo where the Finder is attached to. (Fig: 2)

  1.04  Open the pocket. (Fig: 3)

  1.05  Open the zipper to find the Finder. (Fig: 4)

  1.06  Twist to open the back cover. (Fig: 5)

  1.07  Remove the transparent film from the back of the battery.(Fig:6)

  1.08  Twist to close the back cover, the device will be powered on and ready for pairing after two beeps and a flash of red. (Fig:7)

  1.09  Put the Finder back and close the zipper. (Fig:8)

  1.10  Open the Find My app on your iPhone、iPad、iPod touch or macOS.

  1.11  In the Find My app，tap ‘Items – Add item – Other supported item’.

  1.12  Tap ‘Connect’.

  1.13  Name your Finder then click ‘Continue’.

  1.14  Choose an emoji.

  1.15  Click on ‘Continue’ and then ‘ Finish’ to complete the pairing process.

  1.16  The Finder will be paired successfully after two beeps and a flash of blue.

  Tips:

  –Find the tool kit next to the Finder. (Fig: 9)

  –Complete the pairing process within 2 minutes, otherwise the device will enter the standby mode after 4 consecutive  beeps and a flash of red. in that case, twist and take out the battery to restart the operation from 1.08

  –View ‘Update available’ underneath ‘Firmware’ or click ‘Show details’ to find ‘Update available’, then click ‘Update’ for software upgrade.

  –To take off the Finder Kit, please use the screwdriver provided. (Fig: 13)
