Terms and Conditions for Giveaways on Instagram
The organizer of the giveaways is Swissdigital Europe GmbH, Prinzenstr. 2a, 42697 Solingen, Germany (hereafter referred to as the “Organizer”).
Prize
The winner’s prize varies depending on the competition. However, the prize can be found in the respective Instagram giveaway post.
Participation
The competition is open to anyone aged 18 or over who is resident in the European Union. Employees of the Organizer and their relatives are excluded from participation. Participation is free of charge. By entering, the winner agrees that their name will be published by the Organizer. We reserve the right to verify the winner’s age. Participation in the Giveaway occurs via the Swissdigital Design (@swissdigital_design) Instagram account.
Procedure
Participants must follow @swissdigital_design and like the Giveaway post. The winner will be selected randomly from the comments.
By participating, the user expressly consents to the use of their Instagram username, Instagram user address for direct messages, and, in case of winning, their full name and contact details for the purpose of conducting the Giveaway. This includes the collection, storage, and transmission of such data, as necessary for the execution and processing of the Giveaway to the Organizer and the shipping service provider. The consent also includes the publication of the Instagram username by the Organizer on Instagram in the event of winning. Consent can be revoked at any time.
How will the winners be notified?
The winner will be contacted via direct message and asked to provide shipping information.
A response to the win notification must be received within 24 hours. If no response is received within this timeframe, the claim to the prize will be forfeited, and the prize will be redrawn.
Shipping of the Prize
The prize will be shipped free of charge as soon as possible after the Giveaway ends.
Data Protection Notice
For the execution and processing of the Giveaway, we use the personal data associated with your Instagram account:
Username: For communication with you / publication in case of winning on Instagram
Instagram user address: For direct message communication related to this Giveaway
City of residence: For publication in case of winning on Instagram
Full name and address details: To contact you electronically and ship the prize in case of winning
Shipping company: For sending the prize
Personal data transmitted and messages sent during the Giveaway will be deleted within six weeks at the latest. They will be deleted earlier upon your request (e.g., by revoking your consent), unless legal reasons (e.g., conducting the Giveaway) prevent it.
The legal basis for data processing is Article 6 (1) a) and b) GDPR.
Personal data transmitted and messages sent in connection with the Giveaway will be deleted no later than six weeks after the Giveaway ends. They will be deleted earlier if you request it (e.g., by withdrawing your consent or objecting to the use), unless there are overriding legal reasons (e.g., for the execution of the Giveaway).

By participating in the Giveaway, participants accept these terms and conditions. The Organizer reserves the right to modify these terms and conditions without notice or cancel the Giveaway without providing reasons if proper execution is no longer possible due to technical, legal, or other reasons. The Organizer is entitled to exclude participants if there is a justified suspicion of a violation of the terms and conditions. There is no right to participate or to conduct the Giveaway.
Multiple entries and cash payments, changes, or exchanges of the prize are not possible. Prize claims are not transferable. Only applicable law is the law of the Federal Republic of Germany. Legal recourse is excluded.
